Katy Mcmanus

Katy McManus is a self-taught artist originally from the United States, now based in Australia. Shaped by the mentorship of her grandfather, a US Marine Captain, Katy’s work is deeply personal and introspective, reflecting her experiences living in various countries. She uses experimental techniques with gilding, charcoal, pastels, oils, and textiles to create art that is empathetic, sensitive, and invites viewers to reflect on human connection and shared experiences.
