Helen Ansell

Helen Ansell is a Western Australian artist known for her vibrant acrylic paintings of native flora and fauna. Raised in Ululla, a remote Aboriginal community, she draws inspiration from Western Australian wild desert landscapes. Now based in Mullewa, she celebrates the region’s rich biodiversity. Helen’s work has gained international recognition, leading to collaborations, public art projects, and a focus on lesser-known species including the Splendid Fairy Wren.
