Kay Gibson

Kay is a painter and printmaker with a passionate interest in the natural environment. Her practice is reflective of her life in Margaret River and while producing her own art, she teaches printmaking, sculpture and drawing at the Margaret River Campus of TAFE. Kay earned her Bachelor of Arts, (Visual Arts), from Edith Cowan University in 2002 and in 2005 added Honours in Visual Arts to her qualifications. Since then, Kay has been represented regularly in group exhibitions and competitions. Kay contributes to the artistic life of the area by her own work and her voluntary secretary role for Margaret River Region Open Studios and other art organisations.
